**Participant Information:** When you register for BeachHack via Devfolio, we collect information such as your name, email address, GitHub profile, and resume. This data is used solely for evaluating your application and facilitating your participation.

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Hackathon, send you administrative communications (e.g., confirmations, updates), and respond to your comments and questions.

3. Media Release

By participating in BeachHack, you grant us permission to photograph, record, and video your participation in the event. We may use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
