1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and participating in BeachHack 7, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Code of Conduct

All participants, mentors, speakers, and volunteers are required to agree with the Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the rights to the code and products you build at the hackathon. BeachHack does not claim ownership over your projects. However, you grant us the right to showcase your project for promotional purposes.

4. Liability

BeachHack and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, lost property, or damage to equipment during the event.
